Ali McNew
Executive Director
Ali McNew is a Baylor University graduate who loves creating spaces where people can connect. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Baylor University and a Masters Degree in Music Business & Entertainment from Berklee College of Music.
Ali previously served as Special Events Coordinator for the City of Woodway, where she launched and managed the Woodway Farmers Market and helped create community events in the Waco area. After spending the past year in Athens, Georgia, working in venue operations and event management, she is excited to return to Waco and continue serving a community she has come to call home.
As the new Executive Director of the Waco Downtown Farmers Market, Ali is ready to support local farmers, makers, and small businesses while helping create meaningful connections through one of Waco's favorite community traditions!

Moriah Feng
Market Manager
Moriah is a Waco transplant, a proud Baylor graduate, and a middle school teacher. She is also in the process of getting her Masters of Social Work from the Baylor Garland School of Social Work. Previously, Moriah has served on the board of Imagination Library of Waco, caring for the local Waco community. Her passions include advocacy, education, and bringing communities together.
As a long time volunteer and supporter of the Waco Downtown Farmers Market, Moriah’s previous experience working at the Market gave her an opportunity to build relationships with the vibrant market community of vendors and customers. Moriah is excited to continue that work by joining as official Market Staff!

Emma Pitman
Assistant Market Manager
Emma is a recent Baylor graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Digital Media. Her background is rooted in creativity, community, and working with people. While at Baylor, she served as the Photography Director for a student-run fashion magazine, combining her love of photography and storytelling. She also works as a freelance photographer and has spent several years working as a server at locally owned restaurants, where she has loved getting to know customers and being part of the local community.
Outside of work, Emma loves photography, movies, wakeboarding, working on film sets, karaoke, camping, and finding any excuse to be creative. She is always excited to try something new, meet new people, and make memories along the way!
Emma is excited to bring her creative background, hospitality experience, and love for local businesses to her role as Assistant Market Manager at the Waco Downtown Farmers Market. She looks forward to getting to know the Market’s wonderful vendors and customers and being part of a community that celebrates all things local!
