The Waco Downtown Farmers Market
(WDFM) has grown into an integral part of our community—not only as a popular gathering place, but also as a unique platform for farmers, artists, and food entrepreneurs to springboard their business and connect with consumers. From its beginnings in 2011, the Market now provides an abundance of local produce and value-added products, crafts, cooking demos, special events and food vendors, including:

  • Organic local produce
  • Plants, vegetable starts, fruit trees, and owers from regional producers
  • Fruit from across Central Texas
  • CSA share programs (Community Supported Agriculture)
  • Breads, pastries, artisan dairy products and other treats from local bakeries
  • Locally raised beef, poultry, pork and eggs
  • Hand-crafted soaps, skin and haircare products, and household cleaners
  • Handmade goods from local artists and entrepreneurs

Farmers Market Shoppers should utilize City parking garage at 5th&Franklin, or the County Records Building lot at 5th and Washington. Customers should avoid the Cafe Cappucino lot (One Liberty Place), and the ALICO lot. These lots are designated for their tenants and customers.
